This was one of the best home improvement experiences I have had! From the very beginning with Brandon Corwin, the salesperson, to the team who came to install...they were professional, courteous and very efficient. 9 windows were installed in less than a day and they are beautiful!! The best part is the cost! We got $$$ back because sill replacement was estimated in but did not need to be done, so that was $$$ back in my pocket. They could have replaced sills anyway but they did honest work and only did what was necessary (one small 4 inch inch piece of sill). I could not have asked for a better experience and will be calling them back once I am ready to replace my two large bay windows.

I noticed some issues after installers left. I reached out to Window World and after some discussion the sent someone out to check things out. They scheduled a crew to come out and address my concerns and the production manager Angel Cruz came out with the crew and made sure my concerns were addressed. Overall I am happy with the windows and the service I received. I would recommend them to anyone considering replacing their windows.

Today Angel and his crew brought a very special touch and appearance to our "Elks Lodge on North Kent Street, Winchester". Angel is very respectful to his crew and knowledge of their job. He along side them keeping involved with every window installed. The installers came on time. They were very organized and efficient. My windows are great! I was replacing original (1960's) windows that were extremely drafty. I now have no drafts from these windows. I can tell the house is a lot warmer.
