Angel Cruz productions manager especially rigo tech and men crew did a awesome job on my windows very happy with results. The crew of rigo worked and had it all installed in one day! However i paid in June, Winchester office is very un professional. Didn't get Windows installed until October no fault of the crew , they were awesome. Married name is Janice Horton of Middletown VA if u have them installed ask for rigo and crew!!

I had Window World of Winchester install two custom windows in our house. The windows are beautiful but after the installation I had a concern with the use of caulk. The Production Manager (Angel Cruz) actually came to our house (on a Saturday)with the technicians and made sure that the remediation was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I have been a commercial construction project manager for many years and I must say that you very seldom see this kind of response from a vendor meaning it is hard to find someone to work on their day off. I highly recommend this company!

6 years ago we had Window World of Winchester install all new windows at our home. I called about a problem with two of our windows having seal leaks between the window panes. Within one month Window World had two new window sashes made and installed with only a small service fee. Window World has an amazing warranty and great customer service. Adam was very professional and friendly and arrived on time and quickly completed his work. Thanks again for great service!

We got new windows back in 2019 from Window World of Winchester. Called to inquire about the warranty as we have an issue with two of the windows. Windows are covered for life and only have to pay a minimal service charge after 5 years. Can’t beat that. Will definitely use them again for any doors or window replacements.

Window World of Winchester installed 15 windows for me. They did a great job and I am very pleased. Make sure to tip your Installers because they work very hard. I had the triple pain windows installed. I’m a retired contractor and senior citizen. Remember you get what you pay for.

This was one of the best home improvement experiences I have had! From the very beginning with Brandon Corwin, the salesperson, to the team who came to install...they were professional, courteous and very efficient. 9 windows were installed in less than a day and they are beautiful!! The best part is the cost! We got $$$ back because sill replacement was estimated in but did not need to be done, so that was $$$ back in my pocket. They could have replaced sills anyway but they did honest work and only did what was necessary (one small 4 inch inch piece of sill). I could not have asked for a better experience and will be calling them back once I am ready to replace my two large bay windows.
